Job Summary

Panesar Transport Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Team Support: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
