Job Title: Sales Manager - Engineered Tubular Products

At Samuel, Son & Co., we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Engineered Tubular Products team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Engineered Tubular Products market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including marketing, product development, and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the steel and metals industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
