About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Green Star A&B Renovation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices
