Hardware Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Support Specialist to join our team at PeopleToGo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate-to-advanced hardware break-fix services on PCs, laptops, network printers, and servers.
- Provide 2nd level Help Desk support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
- Perform basic LAN and internetworking related activities.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT field service or hardware support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software components, including PCs, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A+ certification and at least one certification from either Cisco or Microsoft.
