Job Title: Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Westmount Service Centre. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues
  • Arrange for refunds and credits as needed
  • Explain services and costs to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and selling merchandise
  • Consult with customers after sales to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:
