Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Westmount Service Centre. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Refunds and Credits: Process refunds and credits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Service Explanations: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and selling merchandise.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Automobile repair services.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
