Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Westmount Service Centre. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of our service team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Arrange for refunds and credits as necessary, and explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
- Issue receipts and other forms, and maintain accurate records and statistics.
- Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and selling merchandise.
- Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and consult with them after sale to provide ongoing support.
- Maintain and manage our digital database, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our service centre is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of experienced technicians and support staff. As a Service Advisor, you will be working closely with our customers and team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
