About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Westmount Service Centre. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and providing information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with customers to arrange for refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and statistics, and perform general office duties as required.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our service centre.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 45 hours per week.
