- Conduct training sessions for staff on operational duties and company policies.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports on sales activities.
- Address workplace challenges and offer strategic advice to enhance productivity and quality.
- Verify the accuracy of financial transactions related to sales.
- Organize and oversee work assignments among team members.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for operations.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination to streamline processes.
- Develop and implement work schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere requiring meticulous attention to detail.
- This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
