We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Networking Coordinator to facilitate virtual networking opportunities during our Global Education Fair. As a key member of our event management team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing breakout rooms, coordinating one-on-one meetings, and ensuring that attendees can effectively connect with schools, education agents, and officials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage virtual networking opportunities, including breakout rooms and one-on-one meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate networking sessions, ensuring all participants have the necessary information and access to join.
  • Provide assistance to attendees with joining virtual networking sessions, addressing any issues or questions they may have.
  • Foster meaningful interactions by facilitating introductions and ensuring that networking goals are met.
  • Work closely with the event management team and other coordinators to integrate networking opportunities into the overall event schedule.
  • Collect and review feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of networking opportunities and make improvements for future events.
Requirements
  • Strong networking skills with experience in connecting people and facilitating productive interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple networking sessions and ensure smooth execution.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating online events, particularly in managing virtual networking platforms.
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with attendees, schools, and officials.
  • Ability to address and resolve any issues that arise during networking sessions promptly and effectively.
