Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join Aerosports Parks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including managing staff, coordinating office services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required


Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
