Administrative Professional

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate office operations, including staff supervision and training
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
