Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch Network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and/or assisted.
- Sales and Marketing: Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs.
- Relationship Building: Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers.
- Technology Expertise: Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs.
- Customer Service Skills: Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Uncover and solve customers' needs.
- Communication: Explain complicated concepts simply.
- Performance: Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
