About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
    • Assist with responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to financial transactions.
  • Business Development
    • Support the achievement of business objectives by promoting our products and services to customers.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services to customers.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with our branch team to achieve our business objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of ideas and solutions to improve our business.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Post-secondary education or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
