Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assist with responding to and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
Financial Services
- Provide advice on our financial products and services, including savings accounts, chequing accounts, and credit cards.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and/or services as necessary.
Operational Excellence
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
- Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities as necessary.
Teamwork and Communication
- Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, ensuring that all necessary information is shared and understood.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
