Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Assist with responding to and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary.

Financial Services

  • Provide advice on our financial products and services, including savings accounts, chequing accounts, and credit cards.
  • Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and/or services as necessary.

Operational Excellence

  • Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
  • Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities as necessary.

Teamwork and Communication

  • Participate fully as a member of the team, promoting team effectiveness and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, ensuring that all necessary information is shared and understood.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
