Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This includes qualification of all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our Sales Development Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales and marketing teams, as well as our customers and partners. You will also be responsible for achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly metrics, including appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, conversations of value, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create new qualified opportunities for Account Executives
- Qualify all inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Results-driven and motivated individual
