About the Role:

Frostynova is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify leads and develop a strong meeting pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using email outreach tools, CRM, and LinkedIn.
