About the Role

  • Identify customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies using emerging technology solutions, including phone, chat, email, SMS, and video conferencing.
  • Sell insurance products by establishing relationships with prospects, answering inquiries, following up on expiring policies, and re-quoting previous customers.
  • Create a supportive environment fostering new sales opportunities and retaining existing business.
  • Contribute to team improvement through active participation and independent efforts.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while minimizing their effort.
  • Process account changes, maintain accurate documentation, prepare correspondence, and document files for follow-up.
  • Tackle complex cases creatively utilizing available resources until resolution.

Requirements

  • RIBO license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Minimum two years' sales experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
