Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at National Bank. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Regional Vice Presidents in the Retail sector, ensuring the smooth operation of their agendas, correspondence, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Vice Presidents' schedules, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and response.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing all necessary documents and action plans.
- Interact with external clients, Bank departments, and internal members on various matters, maintaining confidentiality when required.
- Draft, revise, and improve letters and documents of various types.
- Support philanthropic initiatives, assisting with solicitation and deadline follow-up.
- Coordinate travel, business trips, and prepare expense claims and invoice payments, pre-approving managers' expense accounts.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to improve departmental operations and develop internal procedures and processes.
- Coordinate employee hiring and departure processes, including IT and HR requests.
- Participate in special projects as required.
You will report to the Regional Vice President of the Retail Sector for the Québec-East region and the Regional Vice President of the Retail Sector for the Québec-West region.

- Completion of a three-year college or vocational diploma or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and five years of relevant experience.
- Experience as an assistant is an asset.

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency.
