About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at National Bank. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Regional Vice Presidents in the Retail sector, ensuring the smooth operation of their agendas, emails, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the agendas of the Regional Vice Presidents, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and following up on tasks.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring the preparation of all related documents and action plans.
  • Interact with external clients, Bank departments, and internal members on various issues.
  • Draft, revise, and improve letters and documents of various kinds.
  • Provide support for philanthropic involvement, including solicitation and deadline follow-up.
  • Coordinate travel, business trips, and prepare expense claims and invoice payments.
  • Work with the administrative team to improve departmental operations and develop internal procedures.
  • Coordinate activities related to employee hiring and departure processes.
About the Team

You will report to the Regional Vice President of the Retail Sector for the Québec-East region and the Regional Vice President of the Retail Sector for the Québec-West region.

This position is primarily remote, with some in-person meetings to develop partnerships within the team. We offer flexible work arrangements and a range of benefits to support your work-life balance.

Requirements
  • Completion of a three-year college or vocational diploma or the academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and five years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as an assistant is an asset.
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite and all collaboration tools.
  • Strong ability to adapt and excellent sense of proactivity.
  • Professionalism, rigor, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency.
