Key Responsibilities- Manage the agendas of the Regional Vice Presidents, including email correspondence and follow-up.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing all necessary documents and action plans.
- Interact with external clients, Bank departments, and internal members on various issues.
- Draft, revise, and improve letters and documents of various kinds.
- Provide support for philanthropic involvement, including solicitation and deadline follow-up.
- Coordinate travel, business trips, and prepare expense claims and invoice payments.
- Work with the administrative team to improve departmental operations and develop internal procedures.
- Coordinate activities related to employee hiring and departure processes.
- Participate in special projects as required.
You will report to the Regional Vice President of the Retail Sector for the Québec-East region and the Regional Vice President of the Retail Sector for the Québec-West region. This position is primarily remote with some in-person meetings to develop partnerships within the team.
