Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Aquapak Industries Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
  • Benefits Administration: Complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance.
  • Communication: Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Reporting: Compile statistics and reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Kronos, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Windows.
