"At Aquapak Industries Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and be able to provide accurate and timely processing of employee payroll information.



The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:




  • Prepare and process payroll data, including gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and data entry.
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly statements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Complete and submit documentation for administration of benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance.
  • Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
  • Compile statistics and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.


The ideal candidate will have




  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
