Job Description

Aquapak Industries Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Administrator to join our team in Canada.

About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare statements of earnings for employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime using manual or computerized systems.
  • Compile statistics and reports as required.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Work setting: Manufacturing environment.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Kronos, human resources software, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
