At Aquapak Industries Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team.



As Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments, and insurance and pension plans.



You will also perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.



In addition, you will prepare monthly statements, complete and submit documentations for the administration of benefits, and inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Maintaining payroll and records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems
  • Preparing T4 statements and other statements
  • Performing data entry
  • Maintaining computer and technology knowledge, including Kronos, Human resources software, MS Excel, and MS Windows
  • Working in a hybrid environment
