We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kravings Diner Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, scheduling appointments, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
