Job Summary

Aquapak Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Administer employee benefits, including pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll and benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
