Job Summary

Aquapak Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
  • Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance.
  • Maintain payroll and records of employee attendance, leave and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements, using manual or computerized systems.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties as required.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
