Job Summary:

Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our IT Solutions projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope. Your expertise in project planning and management will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
  • Provide management and leadership to project teams and external service providers.
  • Manage and coordinate project monitoring, issue resolution, and project effectiveness.
  • Promote project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies.
  • Manage project costs, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet government and ministry standards.
  • Develop and communicate project guidelines and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve potential conflicts between project and functional areas.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects, creating deliverables, status reports, and financials.
  • Proficiency in PPM Technology, Clarity, Microsoft Project, and Project Portfolio Management tools.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with decommissioning projects and technology implementation projects.
  • Public sector experience.
