We are in search of a seasoned Account Director with a robust background in Shopper Marketing to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for key clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Comprehend client objectives, challenges, and goals, providing strategic insights to address their needs.
  • Oversee client expectations, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
  • Design and implement shopper marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive sales performance.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities within the shopper marketing domain.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with shoppers and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor project financials, including billing and invoicing, to maintain profitability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in Shopper Marketing is essential.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years in shopper marketing, account management, or a related field, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth understanding of shopper behavior, retail environments, and the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of multitasking and managing various projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, analytics platforms, and project management applications.
