Position Summary
Join our team as a Lead Capital Projects Manager within the Southern Ontario business unit.
In this position, you will collaborate with a team of specialists overseeing significant capital building and infrastructure initiatives.

Our team plays a crucial role in facilitating meaningful change by delivering community-focused projects such as recreational facilities, civic administration centers, fire stations, libraries, and other municipal infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct multiple project delivery teams
- Implement training and tools to enhance service delivery
- Delegate responsibilities and empower project teams
- Cultivate a personal brand
- Collaborate with National Directors and Leaders beyond the Business Unit to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Provide technical insights for proposals

Management:
- Supervise project delivery team performance
- Manage client accounts
- Ensure the success of high-performing teams from both a performance and professional practice standpoint. Address project delivery challenges with Professional Practice.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project work adheres to our Quality Management System
- Foster a culture of quality

Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in civil, municipal engineering, or a related engineering field.
- At least 10 years of consulting engineering experience in delivering capital projects for municipalities.
- Prior experience in capital and municipal planning for infrastructure development.
- Extensive client-facing experience in project delivery.
- Strong understanding of various design and construction delivery models and industry-standard contracts.
- Practical knowledge of provincial government planning legislation and processes.
- Leadership skills necessary to influence decisions and resolve client and project-related issues.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project).
