Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective management of our restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management
Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits, ensuring that costs are controlled and revenue is increased.
Menu Planning and PricingDevelop and implement menu pricing strategies to balance profitability with customer demand, ensuring that our menu offerings are competitive and appealing to our target market.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Inventory ManagementOversee the management of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimized and that we are not overstocking or understocking.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Marketing and PromotionDevelop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness, working closely with our marketing team to ensure that our campaigns are effective and aligned with our business goals.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that our financial performance is accurately tracked and reported.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent experience
SkillsStrong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
LeadershipProven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
CommunicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
TechnicalProficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
