Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and motivate a team of over 20 staff members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and retention.
- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock and supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Monitor and control costs to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
