As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
* Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high standards are met
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
* Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
* Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality food and service
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
* Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue
* Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
* Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
