Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and motivate a team of over 20 staff members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and productivity.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Inventory and Supply Chain
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Training and Development
- Provide training and development opportunities to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
