Job Title: Account Representative

Your Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies

Requirements:
  • Three-year college diploma or equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
