Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, introducing new products, and renewing orders. You will also identify decision-makers among targeted prospects and initiate the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to an established customer database to maintain relationships and introduce new products or renew orders.
- Identify decision-makers among targeted prospects to start the sales process.
- Contact potential customers by telephone and prepare and send information packs/proposals to potential buyers.
- Understand customer needs and send proposals/quotes.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as managing customer files.
Requirements
- Telephone sales experience.
- Solid call center or B2B sales experience.
- Bilingual (English-French).
- Autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Resourceful.
