About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Improvement Associate to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a Process Improvement Associate, you will play a key role in driving process improvements across various departments, leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement process improvement agendas to drive efficiencies and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute effective and efficient processes
  • Apply leadership skills to drive key priorities such as product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures, and ensure documentation is relevant and updated
  • Develop and perform quality assurance routines, controls, and monitoring to measure and analyze process performance on existing processes
Requirements
  • Students who have or will be graduating in 2024 from an undergraduate degree or graduates of Masters' programs from an accredited University
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent strategic thinking, structured problem-solving skills and superior analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools & methodology
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
