Key Responsibilities- Define and implement process improvement agendas to drive efficiencies and improve customer experiences
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute effective and efficient processes
- Apply leadership skills to drive key priorities such as product launches, technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures, and ensure documentation is relevant and updated
- Develop and perform quality assurance routines, controls, and monitoring to measure and analyze process performance on existing processes
- Students who have or will be graduating in 2024 from an undergraduate degree or graduates of Masters' programs from an accredited University
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent strategic thinking, structured problem-solving skills and superior analytical skills
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools & methodology
- Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
