About the Role


We are seeking an exceptional Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Capital One Canada.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement and a passion for driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the improvement of business processes to drive efficiencies and enhance customer experiences
  • Leverage process knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to launch exciting projects
  • Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute effective and efficient processes
  • Apply leadership skills to drive key priorities and product launches
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures
  • Develop and perform quality assurance routines to measure and analyze process performance

Basic Qualifications:



  • Recent graduates or students with an undergraduate degree or a Master's degree from an accredited University

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent strategic thinking, structured problem-solving skills and superior analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools & methodology
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization
  • Experience working and collaborating in teams
