Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

Job Summary:

Cementation Canada is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing our processes and making recommendations for improvement. You will also support and implement continuous improvement strategies related to safety, performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze company processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and increased efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses using key KPIs.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and coach teams on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations, processes, and technological advancements.
  • Support the implementation of innovations and new technologies.
  • Implement and support the deployment of data gathering platforms/technologies.
  • Regularly review and refine improvement processes.
  • Document standards, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and local codes, regulations, and client mandates.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or technician with a professional designation.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Professional (CCP) designation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant mining industry experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
