About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for delivering world-class service. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate successfully will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate multiple vertical markets, including education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial buildings
* Evaluate and target potential customer opportunities within the marketplace
* Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to prepare detailed cost estimates for suggested solutions
* Proactively negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients on payment schedules, milestones, and mobilization to maximize Convergint's cash flow
* Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines

About You:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in sales, particularly in the electronic security industry. Your advanced sales skills, solid teamwork abilities, and adaptability will enable you to excel in this role. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, as well as demonstrated ability in strategic selling or large account management.

Requirements:

* Minimum of five years of previous enterprise account development, sales, or related experience is essential for this position
* Minimum of five years of experience in the electronic security industry is essential
* Product-specific knowledge preferred: Lenel, Genetec, CCure, AMAG
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business or related field of study, or equivalent experience preferred
