Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
