Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, along with excellent paid vacation, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive pension plan. Our incentive program is based on company performance and annual merit increase program.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative at Messer Canada Inc, you will be responsible for establishing and growing business relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and attracting new customers while maintaining existing relationships to increase Messer sales and exceed customer expectations.
- Winning, retaining, and growing all profitable managed customer accounts between $5,000 - $100,000 per annum to contribute to the achievement of sales, service, and profit targets for a specified sale area.
- Promoting Value Added selling practices.
- Supporting and delivering sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- IP – Welding or similar trade qualifications desirable.
- At least 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within an industrial environment.
You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of modern business systems, and SAP skills desirable. Messer product knowledge is also desirable.
