**PURPOSE**:
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist the Business Development Specialists in development and implementation of business strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and presentations for customers and internal business development team.
- Contact point for customer inquiries
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Support the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other business documentation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business initiatives and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide administrative support for the business development team as needed.
- Internal and external customer onboarding
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales, and shipping activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and coordinate tradeshow activities.
- Coordinate supply chain functions
- Monitor stock levels
- Liaise with procurement on stock replenishment
- Manage close to code inventory
- Provide end-to-end support on export shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Liaise with the various departments to ensure on time communication and project timelines.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant data and insights.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other business documentation.
- Any additional responsibilities as per the needs of the business/department and customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adept a fostering rapport, creating and maintaining a positive, engaging culture with both new prospects and existing customers.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
