About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at 570 The Dominion of Canada General. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and other business partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and other business partners.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to sales and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
