Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Beauty First. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including managing budgets, resources, and personnel.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, including setting goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and develop senior staff, including providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
As a Business Development Manager at Beauty First, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 people and will be expected to work independently with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
