Job Summary:

The Manager, Partnerships and Business Development will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Division's partnership activities and revenue generation. This position is responsible for managing multiple partner accounts, developing and executing sponsorship marketing concepts, and building integrated partnership proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Account Management:
    • Manage multiple existing partner accounts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of contractual obligations.
    • Develop and execute sponsor service plans, including activation programs, event planning, and budgeting.
  • New Business Development:
    • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Partnerships to target new business opportunities and develop integrated partnership proposals.
    • Participate in program ideation, development, and presentation of strategic partnership proposals to prospective clients.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Generate internal status reports and lead meetings with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
    • Manage sponsor benefit grids, contact lists, budgets, and CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Other Duties:
    • Support special assignments, including partner recognition, industry seminars, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership/sponsorship/account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful sponsorship marketing concepts and programs.
  • Experience in building integrated partnership proposals from beginning to fruition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and commercial functions.
