About the Role

Arctic Alarm is seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team in Yellowknife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, and testing security systems, as well as providing training to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and program security systems, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
  • Test and repair security systems, utilizing technical knowledge and standard test instruments.
  • Consult with supervisors to resolve complex system issues and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Work closely with the Service Coordinator to coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus and ability to work independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of security systems and electronics.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
