Job Summary
Arctic Alarm is seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to install, program, and maintain security systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to growth and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and program security systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Provide training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine installation procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions, utilizing technical knowledge and standard test instruments.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; electronics experience an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
