About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rama Tiles and Flooring Ltd.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $45,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meeting times with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Process electronic inquiries from clients and customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
  • Welcome visitors to the office, direct them to relevant personnel or departments, and provide general information about the company.
  • Establish and manage both manual and digital filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents using word processing software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
