As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and training sessions for our employees. Your duties will also include recording minutes, establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and electronic enquiries. You will be required to compile data, order office supplies, and maintain information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and training sessions
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
